Large albumen / cabinet card measuring approximately 7.5 x 13inches of the stone monument of the Michigan Sharpshooters serving in Company C of the 1st US Sharpshooters. The monument is located on the west slope of Little Roundtop and was erected in 1889 by the state of Michigan.
The image itself is clear with no damage noted. It is not framed and does not have anything written on the back. There is no photographer's mark noted. Very nice nostalgic image from Gettysburg and reminiscent of the GAR/UCV reunion era.
