Dug US Boxplate from New Bern, NC Area

A really nice looking US boxplate in dug condition. The face has a nice chocolate brown patina throughout. There is a push on the edge from the back at the 11oclock position. Otherwise, the plate is in great condition. You definitely would be ecstatic if you pulled one out of the ground in this condition today.
The reverse has nearly all of the lead fill and as you can see, retains both iron loops. You can also read that it was recovered at New Bern, North Carolina.
