OUR PROMISE

We guarantee our artifacts to be 100% authentic. If we mess up, we’ll make it right. We understand the nuances of collecting and purchasing off of the internet and realize that there is no substitute for holding the item in your hand, however, if you are unsure about an item or want more information, please inquire with your concern and we will address your questions by phone or email with more pictures. Once you commit to the item you are subject to the guidelines set forth in the terms listed below.

We accept Money Order, Personal Check and all Major Credit Cards

Personal Check orders will ship 2- weeks after the check is received

There will be a $25.00 returned check fee

Our prices will remain firm on credit card purchases

Tn Residents must pay 9.75% sales tax

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We will ship items either UPS or USPS

Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is available on request

If you do not have your item insured, we are not responsible for the item once it leaves our hands and it will not be eligible for return if damaged.

 

LAYAWAYS

Only 2 items per person can be put on layaway at one time, unless otherwise approved

1/3 down of total balance is required for initial payment with the balance due in 60days

No item(s) can be added to the layaway until the balance of the current commitment is paid in full

No item(s) will be released from layaway until the entire balance is paid in full

If the layaway is forfeited you will lose 50% of the amount paid up to date

There are no returns on layaway items

There are no discounts on layaway items

 

RETURNS

We will accept returns after a 7-day inspection period from the day it is shipped

There will be a 6% restocking fee on all returned item(s)

A refund check will be cut once the item is received, minus the shipping and insurance no matter who pays for it. (We will credit your card if requested)

The item has to be in its original condition as sent

Our returns are offered to the original purchaser in its original condition

There are no returns on items purchased at our storefront location or at shows

 

TERMINOLOGY

 

Hold: Customer has requested the item be placed on hold to inquire about or obtain more information about the item. This will only be active for 24hours.

Sale Pending: Customer has indicated they want the item (Verbally or Written) and payment is pending or is on layaway. For items not on layaway, this will only be active for 7 days.

Sold: Item has been paid in full and the shipment has been made to the customer.

 

One man’s junk is another man’s treasure; terminology, condition, and classification are subjective. We will try to use terms and phrases utilized in each specialty within the collecting community to impress upon the overall condition of the piece.
