1896 UCV Richmon, Virginia Reunion Ribbon - Delegate

In wonderful condition UCV ribbon from the June 1896 Richmond, Virginia reunion. Small metal clip on top held what looks to be once a newspaper clipping, with only a tiny remnant of that clipping now present. Some small staining on bottom of ribbon, but does not interfere with overall appearance of this relic.
